Blood donor wins trip to Florida

One heartwarming gesture deserves another! In thanks for making a lifesaving blood donation in February, Jose Araujo of Virginia was randomly chosen for a trip for two to Florida. To make the win even sweeter, he heard the news on his birthday!

All who came to give with the American Red Cross in February were automatically entered to win a trip for two to Clearwater Beach, Florida, including a three-night stay at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, round-trip airfare, a $750 gift card and more. 

Though there could only be one winner, the Red Cross is thankful to all who made time for a blood, platelet or plasma donation this winter.
