13th Annual WMMR I Bleed for Preston and Steve Blood Drive
The American Red Cross Penn-Jersey Blood Services Region is once again teaming up with 93.3 WMMR's Preston & Steve Show for one of the largest blood drives in the country! The 13th Annual 'I Bleed for Preston & Steve' blood drive will be held on Saturday, June 16, with appointments available between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The blood drive will be held in the Valley Forge Casino Resort Event Center in King of Prussia, Pa. Parking is FREE, and all presenting donors will receive a FREE Preston & Steve T-shirt, plus the opportunity to meet members of the Preston & Steve Morning Show! WMMR will also give away concert tickets to random presenting donors throughout the day.

Did you know...every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs a lifesaving blood transfusion? The Red Cross relies on volunteer donors for the 13,000+ blood donations needed every day to support patients at about 2,600 hospitals and transfusion centers nationwide.
Historically, blood and platelet donations decline during the summer months, making drives like this one so critical. Locally in the Penn-Jersey and Northeast Pennsylvania Blood Services Regions, the Red Cross must collect about 800 pints of blood every day to meet the needs of patients.
