Ms Nance and her team are experienced in the areas of serologic assay development and validation of laboratory developed tests and also in performing validations, clinical studies and beta testing for automated platforms. The focus is on serologic testing for antibodies in the HLA, Neutrophil and Platelet blood cell lines. Some unique assays that are often requested are Monocyte Monolayer Assays and Flow Cytometric detection of low levels of IgA, IgG, and IgM bound to red cells. In addition, the HLA laboratories testing focus includes genomic testing including chimerism studies.
