“Get To Growth”

Learn how to transform from a leader to a growth multiplier

At this high-powered, invitation only, 4-hour event, find out how Corporate America spends $12 billion a year developing its leaders, with programs such as executive coaching returning up to 49 times their original investment. Then we will let you in on what really happens:
  • 60%-70% of organizational change fails, a statistical constant since the 1970’s
  • 85% of innovation initiatives fail to deliver identified success targets
  • 66%-75% of mergers and acquisitions fail to deliver anticipated returns

Join us on Thursday, October 31 at the OCLC Conference Center in Dublin as we welcome James Rores, founder and chief growth officer of The Floriss Group who will present and integrate insights from the event’s four speakers to help you ignite your transformation and “Get to Growth.” Actionable ideas will include:

  • The new formula for effective decision-making – listen to your instinct
  • The wheelhouse of re-design, re-engineer for systemic barriers to change
  • Cultural imperatives behind establishing a new growth culture
  • Communications development process required to more accurately forecast top-line growth
  • Permanent competitive advantage over local, regional and global players

This is a private, invitation-only event designed to help C-Level executives

Attendees will receive a signed book by Paul Meshanko: The Respect Effect: Using the science of neuroleadership to inspire a more loyal and productive workplace.
