Offer refreshments, appropriate instructions and conversation. Explain importance of blood donations and encourage regular donations. Set up and maintain cleanliness in the refreshment area. Appropriately distribute donor gallon pins and promotional items to blood donors. Enthusiastically thank blood donors.
