Ambassador / Canteen

After donating, donors are required to rest for fifteen minutes in a refreshment area referred to as the “Canteen.” You will welcome and thank donors, provide beverages/snacks, and monitor them for signs of physical reaction to the donation so you can alert staff if needed. You may also provide educational information and help donors schedule their next appointment. This is a great “customer service” position

Commitment: Two 3-hour shifts per month.

Days & times: Mondays through Saturdays, varied hours
