Volunteers are critical to the American Red Cross Blood Services' mission of supplying the safest possible, most reliable, most cost effective blood through voluntary donations. As an American Red Cross volunteer you can help others, gain experience and make friends. Your talents will be used to help the Red Cross to provide blood to people in need.
The American Red Cross is an organization governed, supported and primarily staffed by volunteers. Today, 1.3 million Americans throughout the nation are Red Cross volunteers. The Northeastern Pennsylvania Region depends upon its volunteers to provide services that are essential to its mission. We truly could not save lives without you!
