The Family That Donates

My uncle was diagnosed with leukemia and osteosarcoma when I was 19 years old. My entire family immediately got tested to see if any of us were potential matches for his blood and marrow type. Thankfully, 3 of my cousins were, yet I was not. I was pretty bummed out, then I thought about all the people just like my uncle who needed help too, all the people that I am a match for. Me and my family haven't stopped donating since. Every donation that we make, makes a difference in someone else's life. It's our way of honoring our uncle's fighting spirit. Love you Tio Chris!
