Delisa English, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, South Carolina Blood Services Region, Columbia, SC has a Red Cross career that spans over 19 years both at the national headquarters level and in field leadership roles.
Prior to joining the South Carolina region, Delisa served as the CEO of the Red Cross, Blood Services Region in Tulsa Oklahoma. Her Red Cross experience also includes 15 years in Washington DC with the Red Cross National Headquarters in various leadership positions.
Before joining the Red Cross, Delisa was a member of the Air National Guard and U.S. National Support Unit with NATO in Lisbon, Portugal. She holds an Bachelor of Science Degree from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. Additionally, she completed programs at The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
