3M Supports Red Cross in 2013
3M is proud to partner once again with the American Red Cross, NASCAR and Roush Fenway Racing to encourage NASCAR fans to donate blood through Red Crossing Racing. To help raise awareness about the ongoing need for blood donations, the No. 16 3M Ford Fusion driven by NASCAR driver Greg Biffle will race the full Red Cross paint scheme on March 10 in Las Vegas and April 27 in Richmond, Va.
For more than 100 years, 3M has worked closely with the automotive industry to create innovative products that deliver quality and efficiency for auto makers and car enthusiasts. That’s why 3M and NASCAR are a natural fit. 3M has enjoyed its long-standing relationship with NASCAR as a Contingency Decal sponsor. In fact, many 3M products are designated as “Officially Licensed Products of NASCAR,” and 3M has sponsored Roush Fenway races teams in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series since 2005.
