All presenting donors at Portland area or southwest Washington area American Red Cross blood drives may enter to win a pair of concert tickets for Heart, ZZ Top or Lynyrd Skynyrd at the Oregon State Fair or the Sleep Country Amphitheater. To enter to win, donors must present to donate between July 27 and July 31, 2010.
Additionally, all presenting donors at the American Red Cross Portland Donor Center , Salem Donor Center or Vancouver Donor Center ONLY will receive a one of a kind commemorative t-shirt and can enter to win a pair of concert tickets to Heart, ZZ Top or Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY: Each person who presents to donate blood at any Portland area or SW Washington area American Red Cross mobile drive, convenience or fixed site locations between July 27-31, 2010, may entered to win a pair of concert tickets for Heart, ZZ Top or Lynyrd Skynyrd at the Oregon State Fair or the Sleep Country Amphitheater. No alternate form of entry will be honored for this giveaway. American Red Cross staff and families are not eligible. The winner must be 18 years of age.
PRIZES: Five pairs of ZZ concert tickets for the Friday, August 27, 8 p.m. event at the LB Day Comcast Amphitheatre, located at the Oregon State Fairgrounds; five pairs of Lynyrd Skynyrd concert tickets for the Friday, September 3, 8 p.m. event at the LB Day Comcast Amphitheatre, located at the Oregon State Fairgrounds; five pairs of Heart concert tickets for the Friday, September 24 event at the Sleep Country Amphitheater located in Clark County, WA. No substitution of prizes will be permitted. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: 15 names will be randomly drawn on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by the American Red Cross, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. The American Red Cross will notify the winner via phone and confirm a U.S. mailing address for mailing.
LIABILITY: Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion.
WINNERS LIST: Winner’s first name, last initial and home city/state will be posted on the American Red Cross Pacific Northwest Blood Services website on Monday, August 9, 2010.
