Complete Rules and Conditions:
· All presenting blood donors at an American Red Cross blood drive in the Northeastern Pennsylvania Region from February 1, 2010 through February 28, 2010 are automatically entered to win the Cruise Giveaway February 2010 Promotion. A presenting donor is defined as a person who comes to an American Red Cross blood drive or American Red Cross Blood Center in the Northeastern Pennsylvania Region and attempts to give blood. Blood donors under the age of eighteen (18) years old are not eligible to win.
· Contest period begins February 1, 2010 and ends at the close of collections on February 28. 2010.
· Prize: 3 day Carnival Cruise from Florida – Fall Sailings in 2010 includes: Oceanview Stateroom on a 3 Day Carnival Cruise Fall Florida sailings for two persons; all meals, entertainment and shipboard activities; $25 in Carnival Cruise Line Fun Ship Dollars; and a Tenenbaum’s Travel Tote Bag.
· Prize does include a five hundred dollar ($500.00) VISA gift card. Gift card can be used towards travel expenses (e.g. airfare, ground transportation). Prize does not include transportation to/from Florida and to/from pier of embarkation; government fees, taxes and shipboard gratuities.
· Additional prize information: Passports are required to take the cruise. The selected sailing and staterooms are strictly subject to availability, potential fuel supplements and Carnival Cruise Lines changes without notice. Sailings and staterooms are upgradeable by the winner for additional normal costs. The government fees, taxes and shipboard gratuities are payable at time of booking. This prize is non transferable, non-refundable and has a monetary value. Any changes or extensions of the policy will be at the discretion of Tenenbaum’s Travel after such request is made in writing or via e-mail.
· Winners will be selected within five (5) business days following the close of the promotion date. Winners will be notified within two (2) days of selection. Notification will be by telephone and/or e-mail. Positive contact must be established within two (2) weeks. In the event contact cannot be established, an alternate winner will be selected. The Red Cross reserves the right to disqualify any entrant. Reservations must be made by the winner within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the prize by the winner.
· Conditions of Participation: Employees of the American Red Cross Blood Services Northeast Division and each of their advertising, promotion, or production agencies and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents and individuals residing in the same household) are not eligible to participate. Winners will be required to sign a release allowing their name, hometown, and likeness to be used in advertising and promotional materials as well acknowledge the terms of the prize. The winner must show valid identification to claim prizes.
· Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value and the odds of winning are based on the number of presenting donors. The Red Cross is not responsible for accidents/damage to property or person incurred while using the prize.
· Winner’s List: For the name of the winner, write your name and address on a 3”x 5” card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: “Cruise Giveaway Feb 2010”, 29 New Commerce Blvd., Ashley, Pa 18706, Attn: Marketing Department. Requests must be received by 03/31/10 and will be mailed out by 04/31/10.
