Region Leadership

 

He has served in this position since 2005.

 

Jay has been with the American Red Cross since 1997, having served as Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Hospital Services and Marketing in the Southern California Region. He is known for his dedication to customer service and the development of skilled and professional teams. 

 

Jay has been honored with a number of awards for exemplary performance, including The National Hospital Sales Executive Award, and the Tiffany Award for Outstanding Achievement in Management. According to his coworkers, “Since Jay has been with us, morale has risen ten fold.  He is a very forward, positive person and you can’t help but want to make things happen with Jay at the helm.”

 

During his tenure as CEO in Northern California, Jay has led the region to meet and exceed its business goals. For the fiscal year ending in June 2009, the region met its blood product collection goals for both red blood cells and platelets.
