In an effort to encourage more people to donate blood, NJ Health and Senior Services Commissioner Mary E. O’Dowd joined American Red Cross Penn-Jersey Blood Services Chief Executive Officer Brigid O’Neill LaGier, along with New Jersey Hospital Association President Betsy Ryan and Virtua CEO Richard Miller at a blood drive at Virtua Memorial Hospital.
