Red Cross, Farm Fresh, and 2WD Team Up for Thanks for Giving Blood Drives

One Gift Turns into Two at Thanks for Giving

Norfolk, V.A. (November 14, 2013)- In the holiday spirit of giving, the American Red Cross is joining forces with Farm Fresh Supermarkets  and the New 101.3 2WD Radio for the 9th annual Thanks For Giving.  For every blood donation made at a Thanks for Giving blood drive, Farm Fresh will generously donate a meal to local Foodbanks.  Plus, all presenting donors will receive a FREE Red Cross t-shirt, while supplies last.

Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood.  Please donate at one of the below Thanks for Giving Blood Drives and make two generous gifts with one act.  For more information on blood donation, please call 1-800-RED CROSS or go to redcrossblood.org.
