The American Red Cross asks donors to help patients by giving blood over the crucial holiday time and enter a chance to win a LalaloopsyMittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuffdoll*

The American Red Cross Blood Services is asking donors to help support inventory levels by giving blood over the crucial holidaytime when supplies traditionally decline.

“We are asking that generous blood donors come in to help support blood collection efforts over the holidays and to enter a chance to win a Mittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuff™ doll and make a child’s dream come true,” said Donna M. Morrissey, Spokesperson for the American Red Cross Blood Services.

The Mittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuff™ is one of eight dolls that are part of the “Sew Magical! Sew Cute!” Lalaloopsy™ line.  The popular blue-haired doll is sold out at many local toy stores and is being touted as the “must have” doll of the holiday season.  The lucky winners of the Lalaloopsy™ dolls may choose to give this adorable doll to a child or donate the doll to an organization that provides toys for needy children.*  The winner will be notified on the first day of winter, December 21 when Mittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuff™ was first sewn from an Eskimo’s scarf.

After hearing about the Red Cross need, MGA Entertainment generously donated 10 Mittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuff™ dolls to the Northeast Division to help blood collection efforts over the holidays.

“By donating the Mittens Fluff ‘n’ Stuff™ dolls, we are hoping to support American Red Cross blood collection efforts over the holidays while offering our gratitude to blood donors who bring smiles to patients in need by giving the gift of life,” said Isaac Larian, Chief Executive officer, MGA Entertainment.
