LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sept. 3, 2013) – The American Red Cross and Sport Clips Haircuts are teaming up to show that “Saving Lives Never Looked So Good.” During the month of September, all presenting blood and platelet donors at participating Red Cross blood drives and blood donation centers will receive a coupon* for a free haircut as a thank you for their lifesaving blood donations.

Whether you are looking for a fresh new look or just a trim, donating blood could be your ticket to finding your new ‘do.

“We are excited to team up with Sport Clips locations across the country for this national promotion in September,” said Michele Wright, chief executive officer of the Greater Ozarks-Arkansas Blood Services Region of the American Red Cross.

“Through our partnership, Sport Clips hopes to help increase awareness, and we look forward to providing haircuts as a ‘thank you’ to these lifesaving donors in September,” said Gordon Logan, founder and chief executive officer, Sport Clips. “You’ll not only feel good about your contribution, but you’ll look good, too!”
