Below is a list of commonly used features in the Red Cross Online Scheduling System.  For assistance, please click on the help links in the right hand columns.

For each topic listed below, help files containing identical content and instructions are available in two different file types:

• Standard PDF Document - A downloadable and printable Adobe Acrobat document that provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete a specific activity or transaction in the Online Scheduling System. This standard document includes graphic screen captures and detailed instructions including which buttons to click and sample data values to enter in the system to complete the transaction.
   
• Interactive PDF Simulation - Opening this type of Adobe Acrobat file will launch an interactive simulation that guides you through the execution of a transaction in the Online Scheduling System. You will be taken into a virtual representation of the Online Scheduling System and provided precise instructions on which buttons to click and which sample data values to enter into specific fields to complete the transaction.
