Every two seconds a patient within the US needs blood.

Like the Emergency Room of a hospital, the American Red Cross needs to be prepared to respond to patient emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days week, 365 days a year.

You can help.  Be an every day supporter

Each day approximately 44,000 units of blood are needed for patients in the United States. And each day, patients rely on the generosity of volunteer coordinators, like you, to help provide the blood products they need.

Be an Everyday supporter. This winter, sponsor a blood drive and give eligible donors the opportunity to contribute to this lifesaving cause.

To show our appreciation, the Red Cross will provide you with a special window cling that we hope you will display proudly.  If you reach 110 percent of your blood drive goal, your lifesaving efforts will be recognized in a USA Today advertisement that will be placed at the end of the Everyday campaign.
