Tech Support Analyst III (IT-EUS) – Portland OR/Pomona CA

Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains users' desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce. Provide consultation to

users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software. Provides technical support and guidance through

Tier 2 support and works with vendors to resolve Tier 3 issues. Contribute to documenting solutions to problems and developing enduser

guidelines. Provide on-the-spot guidance to users. Maintains and documents desktop application packages, participates in the

testing and evaluation of new desktop packages, and implements prototypes. Gather business requirements from end users on the

selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information

Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of three year experience in the support of a

Local and Wide Area network computing. Experience in Cisco VoIP and CCVP Certification preferred. Ability to communicate

effectively through both written and verbal communication at all levels. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. The position

requires knowledge of: Personal desktop computing and advanced office automation technology; Microsoft Windows 2000 & XP,

APHERESIS

*Staff Nurse (Apheresis)

Part Time. Based at our fixed site in North Portland, daily duties include performing medical histories with volunteer donors to approve

donation eligibility, all aspects of apheresis collection utilizing centrifuge machines, and preventing and managing donor reactions. In this

role, you will work independently and as a member of a team to ensure smooth and efficient platelet collections. Additional training

options are available for RNs after approximately 1-year to work at local hospitals using centrifuge technology with patients requiring

treatment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the states of Oregon and Washington;

Previous apheresis experience preferred; Ability to communicate accurately, orally, and in writing.; Ability to see well enough to perform

venipunctures and other vision oriented essential functions; Fine motor skills necessary to perform venipunctures; Available to work

Full Time. Drive bloodmobile truck, set-up and breakdown mobile site, and provide proper handling and storage of blood and sample tubes

for Portland collections team. Qualifications: In accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, drivers must be at least 21

years of age. Current driver's license with less than 3 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the previous three years. Class B CDL

preferred, as a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement is required for the operations of self-contained unites (buses). Safe driving habits:
