Administrative Assistant II

Job Description

Support team of North Shore Donor Recruiters; create PR templates, thank you letters and send out feed-in packets. Run reports and update spreadsheets. Prepares departmental correspondence such as letters, memos and reports; answers, screens and directs incoming
calls. Schedules meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are provided. Maintains and sets up new files, performs other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications: Requires job knowledge equivalent to that gained through the completion of Associates Degree. Requires knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat. Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
