Records Archive Technician

Job Description

Responsible for the daily preparation and filming of records, scanning and indexing; Prepares source documents for imaging by using standard procedures; Imaging documents according to procedures and schedules.  Responsible for maintaining applicable documentation logs. Reviews processed CD’s. Monitors and maintains scanning equipment; Performs additional duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications: High school diploma and some records experience needed. Basic reading and writing skills and a minimum of one year of data entry experience is required; Strong computer skills, typing level of 35 wpm and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines a must.
