Senior Donor Recruitment Representative

Job Description

Assist management in developing overall annual and long-term recruitment plans with attendant strategies and methods for implementation. Oversee the work of assigned Donor Recruitment Representatives to ensure appropriate progress in achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals. Train staff to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, ARCBS directives, the Code of Federal Regulation and other regulatory requirements. Serve as a creative and operational resource to assigned Donor Recruitment Representatives to assure consistent and effective implementation of recruitment plan Perform all functions of Donor Recruitment Representative within assigned jurisdiction to ensure achievement of overall recruitment goals. Perform other related duties as necessary.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, related field, or equivalent required. Minimum three years of experience in direct sales or marketing, including two years as a successful Recruitment Representative preferred. Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills is required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
